General Provisions

GENERAL
The ski passes are not transferable (except punch cards) and are to be shown upon request from control personnel. Later exchange as well as extension or postponement of the length of validity is not possible. Cards that were not purchased at the cashier as well as lost cards are blocked on the readers.
Upon violation, the ski pass will be revoked and a special charge applied! Subject to prosecution. The individual services, to which the ski pass entitles, are provided by a legal independent company. The company that sells the ski pass merely acts as a representative of the other companies. Therefore the respective company is obligated for providing the individual services and for damage claims in case of incidents. With the purchase of the ticket, the guest accepts our transportation conditions which are accessible to the public in the stations.

REFUND
Upon accident or illness a refund is only made if the ski pass is returned to the ski pass cashier within one day. The day of the accident or the beginning of the illness is not decisive but rather the day of deposit. A refund is only made if a medical attest or an ambulance receipt from the hospital is presented. There is no replacement for day tickets.
Processing fee: depending on pool from € 8.00 to € 16.00!
No refund for accompanying persons
No refund for early leave, stand still of the lifts due to events which can not be influenced by the company such as weather, acts of God as well as stand still of individual systems or closing of the slopes.

ABUSE of tickets
Persons who are found in the control zone without a valid ticket must retroactively purchase a day ticket and in addition pay a fine of € 75. The attempted or actually performed abusive use of tickets will lead to revocation without refund thereof. Furthermore, a criminal complaint will be filed with the police due to suspect of acquisition by false pretences (§ 149 StGB) and the suspect of fraud (§146 StGB).

CHILD TRANSPORTATION with chair lifts
Children smaller than 1.10 m, transportation only on the lap of an adult. Children with a height between 1.10m and 1.25m: Transportation with chair lift only when accompanied (next to) by an adult.

CONTACT FREE DATA CARRIER
All ski passes are provided on a key card upon a deposit of € 5.00. Return of undamaged key cards and refund of the deposit is possible at the cable car cashier, machines in parking lot P3 as well as by renters on a voluntary basis, in sports stores and restaurants.


PARKING LOTS
The use of our parking lots is free of charge. Parking prohibited at night on all parking lots from 19:00 to 8:00.
Bus parking possibilities in the Katschberghöhe and St. Margarethen

BUS TRANSFER
All ski passes authorize use of the ski busses, free of charge, on the route
Aineck - St. Michael - Katschberg - Rennweg.

With the ski pass Oberlungau and Lungo you can also use all ski busses in Lungau free of charge (with ski equipment). Limited bus transfer at the beginning and end of the season.
